"Captain Speaking" is not the typical flight simulator add on package. It does not give the player new aircraft, it does not enhance the scenery, there's actually very little to see. What this product provides is a more realistic Air Traffic Control (ATC) interaction for take-off, landing and en-route. I have no good description for this addon, but it seems it was part in some controversy regarding the use of AA aircraft and their logo. Papa Tango was a key part in it, and World Airline Simulation went bankrupt. There was a big fuzz online because of Papa Tango's legal attempts to remove all freeware AA planes from the internet. Or something like that.. The manual is on the CD, and the serial is in the manual. A product key is also in a file on the CD root drive.
